Lisans (Anadolu Üniversitesi, 2003), yüksek lisans (Drexel University, 1997) ve doktora (Stevens Institute of Technology, 2001) eğitimlerini tamamladı. Doktora tezi: "Learning typology in new product development teams" (2001).
Akademik kayıtlara göre 168 bilimsel yayını bulunmaktadır; bunların 71'i Web of Science dizinlidir. Uluslararası yayın dizinlerinde 27 yayını kayıtlıdır.
