Diplomat, politician and statesman. (B. 1900, Istanbul- D. 1980). He graduated from Paris Faculty of Law. He worked at several stages of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was the ambassador in Rome (1947), Washington (1948), Madrid (1955) and Paris (1957).

He was appointed as Foreign Affairs Ministry High Consultant in 1960. In 1962, he was appointed as London Ambassador. He served as a Minister of Foreign Affairs in Inonu government after 1960 (1962-1964). He was elected as RPP Ordu deputy in 1965 and as the senator of President's contingent in 1970.
