      Researcher-writer. (b. 1926, Denizli). He attended Denizli Gazi Primary School and Adapazarı Sabihanım Primary School, Adapazarı Secondary School and graduated from Kuleli Military High School, the Turkish Military Academy (1951), and the Cartography Engineering College (1954). He served as a Triangulation and Geodesy military officer between 1953 and 1961; as a Management Section Chief between 1961 and 1972 and as an authorized person between 1972 and 1977. He had retired as a Cartography Engineering Lieutenant Colonel in 1977 and then retired from İstanbul Anakent Municipality, Cartography Directorate, in which he worked between 1981 and 1984. He is known for the research that he has done since 1964.
