Poet (b. 19 August 1912, Musa village / Kazak / Azerbaijan).
He completed his secondary and higher education in Baku. He graduated from
Azerbaijan Institute of Pedagogic, Department of Language and Literature. He
worked as a teacher in Baku and Gruba for a while. Then he turned back to Baku
and he worked as a chief of department at Handwritten Institute and as a
translator at State Publication. He was elected as a deputy one more time. He
began to his literary studies in 1928. He worked as a translator for a long
time. He translated from East and West Classical Works and he published them.
Some of his works were translated to different languages.
