Novelist (b. 20 February 1936, İstanbul). He belongs to an Ottoman family who has been living in İstanbul for three centuries. He graduated from Haydarpaşa High School (1955), İstanbul University, Faculty of Law (1961).  He worked as a freelance lawyer for six years beginning in 1972.  He is known for his novels of romance, detective stories and thrillers that were published from 1994.  His novel called Cellat (Executioner) was adapted to television with the name Ölümün El Yazısı (Fate of Death), directed by Feyzi Tuna.
