Novelist (b. 1927, İstanbul). After graduating from İstanbul High School for Boys (1948), he worked in different jobs and in Ankara Radio for a while, and then he chose the journalism. He worked as anecdote writer and editor-in chief in various newspapers. His humor stories were published in the review Akbaba. He served as consultant in the Ministry of Tourism and Presentation, then the director of İstanbul Press Center (1978) for some time. He returned to journalism and worked in the newspaper Tercüman. He published the review Kitaplar (195-51) with Tuna Baltacıoğlu and Memet Fuat. He wrote humor stories and novels based on social observations.
