Researcher
and writer (b. 1940, İstanbul). He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty
of Economics (1963). He received his doctorate at Syracuse University (the
United States, 1971). He served as the Director of Public Administration at
Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Commercial Sciences and as a
faculty member at Bilkent University (Prof. Dr.) and as the assistant dean.
