Novelist (b. 1902, İstanbul – d. 15 July 1977, İstanbul). He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Dentistry (1924) and İstanbul University, the Faculty of Law (1930). He worked as a journalist, a teacher of literature at various schools and as an attorney. He was at the parliament with having selected Urfa deputy (1954-60) and a senator (1962-66). He was buried to Zincirlikuyu Graveyard.

He started his journalism career at the newspaper Tercüman-ı Hakikat at the time of armistice and he continued his career in the newspaper İleri. His novel serials, travel notes and interview were published in the newspapers such as İkdam, Cumhuriyet, Tasvir and Yeni Sabah. He became popular with his love and adventure novels that he wrote for less educated people. His many novels were adapted to cinema.
