Linguistic and literature researcher (B. April 20,
1934, Karaman- D. July 2, 1995, Mecca). He moved to
In 1977, he began to
work at Hacettepe University Social and Administrative Sciences Faculty and he
became associate professor with the thesis “Sultan II. Murad Devri
Mesnevileri”, professor in 1982. Within
the same year, he was assigned as dean to the Istanbul Marmara University
Ataturk Education Faculty. A year later, he resigned from his duty as a dean
and he worked as lecturer until his death. He has lyrics and syllabic meter
poems written under the nickname Çelebioğlu’s Hayranî. His
writings and poems were published in Diyanet, İslâmî İlimler, Türk Kültürü,
Millî Kültür magazines. He died
