Actor and writer (b. 1917, İstanbul - d. 1978). He appeared
in several plays as an actor staged by the İstanbul City Theatres. Besides
being an actor, he also wrote several children's plays. He appeared in the
films Bir Millet Uyanıyor (A Nation is Waking Up), Söz Bir Allah Bir (One
Word, One God), Cici Berber (The Good Barber), Karım Beni Aldatırsa
(If My Wife Betrays Me). The Ferih Egemen Medal of Honor is given in his name.
