Writer, translator. He was born in Mardin (1950). He graduated from Ebulula Mardin Primary School (1963), Mardin Imam Hatip School (1970) and Istanbul Higher Institute of Islam (1975). He worked as a teacher at several schools in Gümüşhane ve Istanbul for 6 years (1981) and as an interpreter in foreign countries for three years (1984). After his return, he worked as publishing manager at Şamil Publications. He worked as a freelancer for a while from 1988 onwards. He has translated several works from Arabic into Turkish language during this period. He taught lectures such as Arabic, history of sects and dogma at Rotterdam Islam University between the years 1996-2000 as a lecturer. He continued with copyright and translation works after his return. He continued to work as a teacher in Istanbul since 2003.

His articles were published in the weekly newspapers of Tevhid and Hicret; and In the journals of Düşünce, Değişim and Mektep. He was the scientific consultant for Social Sciences Encyclopedia and Şamil Islam Encyclopedia published by Risale Publications; he wrote several articles and translated some parts in these works.
