Politician (B. 1891, Diyarbakır- 1973, Syria). He graduated from Diyarbakir Military High School (1908), Istanbul Galatasaray High School (1912). He was sent abroad for higher education. He began to study engineering in Lausanne and continued with his studies in Belgium’s Gand City, but when the World War I broke out, he returned back to country without completing his education. He fought in different fronts during the war. For a while, he was the Decoding Officer, Military Assistant and Vice Quarter Commander of Mustafa Kemal Pasha who was the 2nd Army Commander in Diyarbakir. He was arrested because of his actions during the Truce, War of Independence and Sheikh Said Rebellion. In 1929, he refuge to Syria and he died there in 1973.
