Poet (b. 16 August 1931, Akdağmadeni / Yozgat - d. 13 February 2021, Kadıköy Istanbul)). He graduated from Ankara Commercial High School (1952). He had various offices in the General Directorate of the Turkish Cement Industry Company. He retired in 1980 as a marketing director. He continued with his studies in İstanbul after retirement.

Beginning in 1950, his poems and articles were published in the newspapers Kudret, Tasvir, Son Havadis, Tercüman, Yeni Asır, Türkiye, Çankaya and reviews Mefkûre, Oğuz, Aras, Çağrı, Töre, Hisar, Ocak, Toprak, Defne, Milî Kültür and Türk Edebiyatı. He worked as a board member at the Turkish Cooperative Association. At a contest held by the Turkish National Students’ Association on “Conquering İstanbul” in 1953, he collected the top award with his poem of the same name, and he collected first and third place prizes at poetry contests held by the newspaper Tercüman and the 50th Anniversary of the Republic respectively He was awarded with the Silver Liberty Medal by the Independent Hungarian Authors Association (Munich) in 1970. He collected the first prize at the Poems on the Republic and Atatürk Contest held by Ege University in 1973. He represented Turkey at the Struga Poetry Evenings in 1991.

Some of his poems have been translated into German, English, Arabic, Italian, Hungarian, Macedonian and Serbian. More than 20 of his poems have been set to music. İnal, who published approximately one thousand articles, attributed Yunus Emre as the master influence in his poetry. The main theme of his poetry is love, which he wrote both in free and syllabic verse.
