Educator, writer (B. ?. Dobruca/ Macedonia- D. 1961, Istanbul). He completed his education in his homeland.
He stayed in Istanbul
during his teenage years and during the First World War. After the 1917 Revolution
he turned back to Crimea and defended the
rights of Turkish People. He was arrested ever so often and was exiled. In
1956, he returned back to Turkey
again and was settled in Istanbul.
He has a novel titled Volga Kızıl Akarken (1966) in which he explained his struggling life.
