Ilker
Kocer was born in Samsun in 1968. He graduated from Yıldız Technical
University, Department of Computer Sciences Engineering in 1988 and has an
“Executive MBA” degree from the University of Edinburgh. He has several degrees
and certificates from the prestigious business schools such as Harvard Business
School, IESE Business School – University of Navarra and Cranfield School of
Management. He is fluent in English.
Ilker
Kocer has over 25 years of IT industry experience including his positions at
Yaşar Holding, followed by NCR, Benetton and Oracle. Kocer started to work at
Oracle in 1994 as a Technical Support Engineer and is now the Regional Senior
Director responsible for Alliances & Channel in Central Asia, Turkey,
Middle East and Africa at Oracle.
