Novelist (b. 16 January 1905, Baku,
Azerbaijan-d. 1994, Paris). Her full name was Ümmülbanu Şemsi kızı
Esedullayeva. She was born as a child of rich family who owned petrol in Baku.
She immigrated to France in 1920. She was a well-known novelist. She wrote in
French.
