Storywriter (b. 1 January 1949, Kayseri). After he graduated from secondary school in 1964, he worked in various jobs and in 1995 he retired while he was an official at the Social Security Foundation District Office. He is a member of The Professional Association of Scientific and Literary Work Owners of Turkey.

His poems and stories were published starting with the newspaper Emel from 1969, Doğuş Edebiyat (1976), which he published, Hisar, Küçük Dergi, Kültür Sanat, Ankara Doğu, Konevi, Dolunay, Güneysu, Dergâh, Dergibi, Türk Edebiyatı, and Öncü Edebiyat (1995) of which he was the art director and in the culture and art supplement Divit of the newspaper Hakimiyet. He won the Kayseri Artist Foundation Short Story Encouragement Award in 1982, the Kayseri Olay Newspaper Short Story Award in 1984, the Kayseri Journalists Association Interview Award in 1987, the General Directorate of the Press Interview Award in 1991 and the Kayseri Akın Newspaper Award for Contributions to Turkish Literature in 1992. He still continues his job as the editor-in-chief of the Berceste culture, art and literature review.
