Poet and writer (b. 1 September 1970, Kastamonu). He came to İstanbul with his family when he was three months old. He left high school. He worked as culture-art editor in the newspaper Sağduyu (1997-98). After 1999, he worked as columnist in Millî Gazete.

His first poem was published firstly in the review Kardelen, then in Dergâh, Kaşgar, Merdiven, Kırklar. He published the review Kırklar (first with the name Kırkayak, two periods, totally 36 issues, 2000-2005) with Hüseyin Akın. In the same years, he worked as editor in the Birey and Birun Publications and maintained the publishing of more than thirty poetry and short story books.
