Writer, translator (B. January 16, 1926, Lüleburgaz / Kırklareli – D. 2005, Kfar-Saba / Israel). He completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown and high school in Istanbul. He worked as a tradesman by his uncle at Lüleburgaz for some years, and then he moved to Istanbul. He worked for long years as a reporter in Şalom newspaper and as the managing editor of youth page. He migrated to Israel with his family in 1966. He worked as the vice director of Hapohalim Bank, Kfar-Saba Branch Investment Department (1967). He was retired in 1991.

He worked as the Israel reporter of Şalom newspaper for long years. He founded the first Turkish culture, arts and literature journal in Israel, Gelişim (1985). Journal was very welcomed positively in the Israeli media. He wrote about the historical foundations of Turkish-Israeli friendship in this journal and extended the cultural relations. He started to publish Kıbatek Ortadoğu Bülteni in Turkish (2003). He was awarded for the Outstanding Service Award for Turkish Language by KIBATEK (1999). He painted in watercolor first; then the pictures of flowers and famous people.
