History researcher. He was born on
March 2, 1966. He graduated from Ataturk University, Department of History
(1989). He has completed his master’s degree (1991) and doctoral studies (1996)
at the Subdivision of History of Republic at Ataturk University. He worked as a
research assistant at the Institute of Ataturk’s Principles and History of
Turkish Revolution (1990-1996). He worked as an assistant professor at the
Faculty of Science and Letters (1996-). He worked as the vice director of
Institute of Ataturk’s Principles and History of Turkish Revolution
(1996-1997). He is the member of Communication at Ataturk Research Center
Department, Prime Ministry Ataturk Culture, Language and History Higher
Institution.
His articles were published in the
journals and books such as Atatürk Yolu, Toplumsal Tarih, Atatürk Ü. AİİTED,
Nahçıvan Tarihinin Sahifeleri, Erdem, Yeni Türkiye, Doç Dr.Günay Çağlar
Armağanı. He has submitted papers
in conferences and panels about the Armenian issue and other subjects in behalf
of Ataturk University and Ataturk Research Center. He has received the Author
of the Year in Research Award (2002) from Writers Union of Turkey with his book
Osmanlı Yönetiminden Sovyet Yönetimine NAHÇIVAN (1918-1921)
