Poet (b. 1926, Ankara – d. 1 March 2004). He graduated from Ankara Atatürk High School (1943). He discontinued his education at Ankara University, Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography and went to France. He studied theater and cinema at Grenoble University. He settled in Paris where he was in business.

His poetry and critiques were published in reviews such as Kaynak, Varlık, Seçilmiş Hikâyeler and Yeditepe (1947- 70). He was selected as a member of the Leonardo da Vinci Academy (1962) when his work in French, Partir (To Leave, 1961), won a placing at the International Poetry Awards held in Rome. His poems and plays in French were published as well as his books in Turkish.

POETRY: Şiirler (Poems, 1955), Şehir (The City, 1959), Geçilmez (Impassable, 1962), Ağaç (The Tree, 1967), Yol (The Path, 1975), Ayna (The Mirror, 1975), Buluttan Önce Yağmur (Rain Before the Cloud, 1986).

PLAY: Söz (The Word, 1946), Onur (The Honor, 1947).
