Poet and writer, player(b. 1961, İstanbul). He completed his elementary
education at Kartal High School (1980) and graduated from Mimar Sinan
University, Department of Theater (1991). He made the associate work Alfabe Meleği (The Angel of Alphabet,
with painter İbrahim Çiftçioğlu and designer Savaş Çekiç. His text Düş (The Dream) and Uyku Tuzakları (Traps in
the Sleep), that he wrote with the influence of paintings of Neşe Erdok in
1997, Gördüğüm; Kördüğüm! (What I see
is That Gordian Knot) that he wrote with the influence of one painting of Yavuz
Tanyeli in 1998 and Sis İçin Şarkı
(Song for the Fog) that he wrote with the influence of the paintings of İbrahim
Çiftçioğlu in 1999 were published as an agenda. He was editor of the poetry
series of Sel Publications and Noyirmiyedi Publications.
His
first poetry was published in the review Oluşum
in 1981. He published his poetry and articles in the reviews such as Oluşum, Gösteri, Varlık, Sombahar Türk Dili,
Sanat Olayı, Yazko Edebiyat Nar and in the reviews that he was the editor
such as Eskiz (1991- 92), Hamlet (1994) and No (1998-). He came second at the poetry competition that was held
by the review Hürriyet Gösteri in 1983 and
won the 1991 Behçet Necatigil Poetry Award with his work İlk Gibi Son (Last as It Is the First).
