Poet and translator (14 June 1958, Kongaz, Gagouzia, Moldova). After primary education, he graduated from Kişinev Polytechnic Institute in 1981. He worked in Gagauz Radio Television between 1986-1990. He published first children review named Kırlangıç  between 1990 and 1994 and became the editor in chief of this review. He published the newspaper Ana Sözü in 1988. He is a member of the Russia and Moldova Journalist Associations and Writers Union of Turkic World. He received the gold plaquette of the review Bay for his contributions to Balkan culture in 1998.
