Caricaturist (B.1941, Istanbul – D. 20 April 1999, Istanbul). He graduated from Darüşşafaka High School. Aral discovered his drawing skills during his secondary education and his first caricature was published in 1956 in Dolmuş magazine. Later, his works were published in magazines such as Tef, Karikatür and Taş .He worked as a caricaturist in Vatan, Yeni Sabah, Akşam and Yeni Tanin newpapers. He was one of the first people to produce cartoons in Turkey together with his brother Oğuz Aral.

In 1968 he started to work in Günaydın newspaper. In this period he also took part in the establishment of Gırgır magazine together with Oğuz Aral and he published a magazine called Fırt in 1976, the Arap Kadri character he drew attracted attention. Aral who wrote articles of comedy played a great role in raising a generation of caricaturists. He is author of a storybook titled Salacak Öyküleri in which he narrated his youth during the 1960s and funny incidents he observed.
