Statesman, journalist- writer. He was born in Adana in 1933. He completed the primary school in his village; and his secondary education in Osmaniye, Ankara and K.Maraş (1951). He graduated from Ankara University, faculty of Theology (1955). Since his university years, he actively participated in several associations and political parties. He worked as a teacher and high school principal (1955-1961). He was elected as the Adana deputy of JP in 1961 and 1965 elections and became a member of General Administration Council.

He was among the founders of National Order Party established under the leadership of Prof. Necmettin Erbakan. He worked as vice general president, organization president, Istanbul province president, Istanbul deputy for two terms (1973-1977, 1977-1980) and state minister at National Front government (coalition under the leadership of Demirel, JP-NDP-NAP-CGP). He worked as an administrator in WP which was established after NOP. He worked as the president of Turkish Green Crescent Community, executive Board member of Turkish Green Crescent Community, Basın İş union president under Hak İş, founder and general president of TAGAT, Turkish Hearths headquarters executive board member and general secretary.

He wrote editorials in Milli Gazete (1963). His articles were published in several newspapers and journals such as Yeni Devir, Yeşilay, Vahdet (1958), Adım, Hilal, Hizmet (Kahramanmaraş, 1949-51), Yeni Adalet, Zaman. He has also published some works as part of children’s literature.
