Zeki Mesut Alsan

Political Scientist, Politician, novelist (B. 1889, Aydın- D.?). He graduated from Izmir High School (1907), Civil School (1910), and Paris Political Sciences School (1913). He worked as Instruction and Education Office member (1926), as Principal of Civil School (1926), as principal of Political Sciences School (1943) and as congressman from Diyarbakir (1927-43). He worked as a law professor in Political Sciences and Law Faculties (1944-56).
