Political scientist, foreign politics author,politician (b. 1931 İstanbul - d. 23 March 2018, Bodrum / Muğla). His full name is Ahmet Haluk Ülman. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences in 1955. He attended to the same faculty as political history assistant in 1957. He completed his doctorate studies in this faculty in 1958. He became associate- prof in 1956 and became a Professor in 1971. He has been CHP İstanbul Deputy in the Grand National Assembly (1973-80) After 12 September 1980 Military Coup he left his political life and settled in İstanbul.
He attended to Marmara University Faculty of Economy And Managing Sciences . He has been the president and the founder of International Affairs Section From 1981 to 1995.
He managed the Yeditepe University Communication Faculty as dean and he gave lecturs on International Affairs,Turkish Politics at the same university In addition he wrote articles on foreign politics in Hürriyet News paper and other news paspers, rewievs. His alot of professional articles have been published in scientific rewievs.
