Pedagogue
and writer (b. 1894, Seydişehir / Konya - d. April 1981). He graduated from
İstanbul University, Faculty of Letters and from İstanbul High Teacher Training
School, Department of Philosophy (1916) and Sorbonne University, Department of
Philosophy (1927). He was appointed as a teacher of psychology and pedagogy at
Niğde Teachers Training School, his first place of duty. In the succeeding
years, he served as a teacher of philosophy, sociology, pedagogy at various
high schools and teacher training schools in Anatolia and in
İstanbul.
