Islamic scholar, mystic (Ilbese village / Bursa – D. 1742, Bursa). He received the madrasah training from Uryani Ali Efendi and his mystic training from Bursalı Kemter Ali Effendi, a Halveti sheikh. He lived in the same era with Ismail Hakki Bursevi. His tomb is inside the Bursa Castle in the New Madrasah he made to be built at Zindankapısı Street.
