Researcher and writer (b. 1949, Eşmapınar village / Çayırlı / Erzincan). He graduated from the İstanbul Atatürk Institute of Social Sciences and Anadolu University, Department of History. He worked as a teacher of history. He is famous for his studies on the historical development of the Alewi Order. His articles on Atatürk, the National Independence War, the culture and history of the Alewi were published in the reviews and newspapers Öğretmen Dünyası, Kemalist Ülkü, Cem, Nefes, Gönüllerin Sesi, Yurtta Birlik, Milliyet, Aydınlık and Teori.

Besides these, he wrote course books on history and revolution history for schools.
