Suna Aras

Poet. She was born in Aşağı Çiftlik Village / Iğdır on May 1, 1955. She has primary school education. She was manager in HEP (1990) and IHD (1995); head of Science, Education, Aesthetics, Culture and Art Researches Foundation Administrative Council (1998). She was independent writer during her life.

Her first poem İki Yarası Yalnızlığın was published in Çağıltı magazine (Istanbul, 1991). In the coming years her writings and poems were published in Sanat Olayı, Evrensel Kültür, Broy, Varlık, İnsancıl, Cumhuriyet Kitap etc. magazines. Her poem Beyaz Kuşlar was composed by Ferhat Tunç. She is the member of Turkey Writers Union, Man of Letters Association besides the institutions she worked in.
