Economics
and politics writer (b. 10 November 1928, Yozgat). He is brother of old
minister of finance Adnan Başer Kafaoğlu. There are also writers in his family
such as Türksen Asuman-Kumru Kafaoğlu.
He attended Yozgat Cumhuriyet İlkokulu and graduated from Yozgat High School
and Ankara University, the School of Politics. He worked as a financial
advisor, certified financial councelor, trained accountant at the Ministry of
Finance and an expert at the State Planning Organization. He is still working
as a certified consultant and economics writer.
His
first article was published in the newspaper Öncü (Ankara, 20 October 1960). He published his articles as a
professional economics and politics writer in the reviews and newspapers such
as Yön, Demokrat, Devrim, Cumhuriyet,
Akşam, Aydınlık, Yeni Gündem, Sosyal Adalet and Türk Solu. He is still a member of the Turkish Writers Syndicate
and S.O.S Environment Association.
