Arif Dülger

Poet. He was born in August15, 1963, Pınarhisar, Kırklareli. He used Hikmet Gündoğan name in some of his writings. He completed his primary and secondary education in Pınarhisar. He was graduated from Zincirlikuyu Construction Technical High School (1981) and Marmara University Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences Department of Public Administration (1985). After he worked in Hacı Nimet Özden Foundation (1980) for a short time, he worked as editor in (1984) Yeni Devir and Millî Gazete, as director of Art and literature pages in Millî Gazete and he wrote book presentations. In addition to these works, he also became the representative of Aylık Dergi in Istanbul. Later, he worked in Turkish State Railways General Management (1987-88). After 1988, he worked as inspector in General Directorate of Foundations. In 2004, he became a member of General Directorate of Foundations Assembly.

His first poems were published in Aylık Dergi, his first writing were published in Yeni Devir newspaper in 1981. In ensuing years his poems and writings were published in Aylık Dergi (1983-87), Ayane, Kardelen, Özülke, Kayıtlar magazines and Yeni Devir, Millî Gazete and Akit (1994) newspapers. He is a member of Turkey Writers Union.
