Poet (10 May 1937, Buynuz Village,
İsmayıllı, Azerbaijan). He graduated from Gökçay Teacher Training High School
and Azerbaijan State University, Faculty of Philology from outside. He worked
as teacher and director in Tican and Buynuz Villages. He worked in different
publishing houses and newspapers in Baku for a while. After 1978, he worked as
redactor in the newspaper Zehmetkeş (İsmayıllı). He began to his
literary workings with his poem İki Kalb
İki Dünya (Two Hearts Two Worlds) published in the newspaper Azerbaycan Gençleri in 1957.
