Educator and writer (b. 1 September 1924, Akkışla / Kayseri - d. 07 November 2020, Ankara). He attended the Akkışla Atatürk Elementary School, the Pazarören Village Institute, the Hasanoğlan High Village Institute, and graduated from the Turkey and the Middle East Institute of Public Administration and from the Georgetown Language Institute. He completed his master studies on public administration. After 1944, he worked as a teacher at elementary and secondary schools in different cities, and as an administrator and inspector, and was retired in 1974. After then, he continued to work as the chief inspector at the Turkish Organization of Nitrogen Industry and as the general director at private companies. He stayed in Ankara after his retirement. He is a member of the Turkish Association of the United Nations, the Turkish Authors Association, the Language Society (founder), the Society of Educators, and the Ataturkist Thought Association.

His first essay (Ülkümüz Köyden Köye Doğru - Our Ideal from Village towards Village) was published in the review Köye Doğru, which was published by İstanbul University, Department of Sociology (15 August 1942). His later works were published in the reviews Köye Doğru, Yeni Adam, Köy Enstitüleri Dergisi, Yağmur ve Toprak, Ardıçkuşu, Ülkü, Varlık, Türk Dili Dergisi, Şölen, Damar, Ilgaz, Halkevler, Hakimiyet, Abece, Kıyı, Atatürkçü Düşünce, Çağdaş Türk Dili etc., and in the newspapers Ulus, Barış, Halkçı, Yeni Halkçı and Cumhuriyet. He received the second rank at the Sunullah Arısoy Turkish Language Awards in 1998, the Honorary Award of Kemalism from the Ataturkist Thought Association in 2000, and the Best Writer to Use Turkish Award from the review Türk Dili in 2003.
