Novelist and painter (b. 1929, in İstanbul). She graduated from Beyoğlu 29th Primary School, Beşiktaş High School for Girls. She has never married. She is a member of the Writers Syndicate of Turkey and the Professional Association of Scientific and Literary Work Owners of Turkey. Her articles, stories and poems were published in the reviews, Millî Kültür, Yeni Defne, Yeni İstanbul, Eflatun ve Ana. She won the second prize of the novel contest in 1971 held by the newspaper Hürriyet, with her novel 13 Numaradakiler (The Ones at Number 13). She held photograph and painting exhibitions. She donated her library to Beşiktaş High School Culture and Education Foundation. Her works, Kalp Ağrısı (Heart Ache) and Gönüllü Kahraman (The Voluntary Hero) were adapted for radio.

NOVEL: 13 Numaradakiler (The Ones At Number 13, 1984), Yaşamak Diye Bir Şey (Something Called Living, 1986), Ve Yalnızlık Vardı (And There Was Loneliness, 1987), Doğa Senfonisi (The Nature Symphony, 1989).

SHORT STORY: Ham Şeftali (The Raw Peach, 1989).

ESSAY-RESEARCH: Düşünce (Thought, 1995), Sevgi Nerede (Where is Love?, 1995), Doğum Yeri Dersaadet (Birth Place: İstanbul, 1997).
