Feyzullah Budak

Researcher and writer (b. 1951, Sivas). He graduated from Sivas High School (1969) and İstanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Administration and Finance (1973). He began to work as a civil servant at Sivas Provincial Social Security Foundation in 1975. In 1977 he became audit inspector at the Ministry of Finance and in 1984 he became the Head of the Prime Ministry Housing Development and Public Partnership Administration. In 1989 he learned English at London Sels College in the United Kingdom and he studied administration at London International House. He was a ministerial advisor between 1990 and 1992, and the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Finance. In 1993 he became the Chief Advisor to the Kyrgyzstan Presidency. In 1995 he became Associate Rector of the Hoca Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University. Then he continued his job at the Ministry of Finance as the Chief Audit Inspector. He is a member of board of trustees of Ahmet Yesevi University, the General Secretary of the Ahmet Yesevi University Fund, the General Manager of the Turkey-Kazakhstan Friendship Association, member of the Turkish Associations General Central Culture Commission, the Ahmet Yesevi Strategic Research Center and the Ahmet Yesevi Science and Education Groups Executive Committee.

His first articles were published in the Sivas regional journals Hizmet, Hakikat, Bizim Anadolu etc. He has been rewarded with letters of commendation by the Presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan for his services to these countries and for his books about these countries.
