Poet (b. 14 October 1933, Nurs village / Şahbuz / Nakhchivan / Azerbaijan). He attended primary and secondary school in that village. He graduated from Azerbaijan Institute of Pedagogic, Faculty of Geography. He began to his literary studies in 1952. He worked as a redactor at different newspapers. In 1992 he selected as a Poet of Public. He worked at newspapers like Ulduz, Edebiyyat ve İncesenet, Azerbaycan Tabiatı and publication houses like Ulduz and Azerbaijan State Publications. Sometimes he was investigated so he was taken his job away. Because of these he was upset and he became paralyzed.

His first poem (Yanın Işıklarım -My Lights Must Be On) was published in 1952. He expressed frankly his opinion and religion. Selections for his poetries were published in Ministry of Culture Publications in Turkey. A lot of poetry of him were composed a music work. Some of his free-form folk poems were stolen by wandering minstrels. A lot of criticisms were written for his poems.
