Investigative,
journalist- writer. He was born in Samsun,
in 1962. He was graduated from Anadolu University Business Management
Department (1984). He received his masters at Anadolu University Communication
Arts Department with the thesis named “Yeni Mamul
Tutundurma Stratejisi Petlas Uygulaması” (1987) and in Marquette
University Communication Department with the thesis “A Field Study of the
Effect of Humor in Print Advertising on Diffusion of the Advertising Message” (Wisconsin, 1989), his PhD. in Anadolu
University Communication Arts Department with the thesis “Trafik
Güvenliğinde Algılanan Yakalanma Riskini Yükseltici İletişim Kampanyaları” (1992).
In 1992, he became assistant professor in Anadolu University Communication Arts
Department, in 1993, became associate professor, and became professor in
Economics and Administrative Programs Department (1998). He worked as vice
manager in Communication Sciences Institute (1994-95), as vice dean in Faculty
of Open University (1995-2002), as editorial
board member of Faculty of Open University
(1998-2003), as dean of Communication Sciences Faculty (2004-). He
published his articles in Yeni Türkiye, AÖF Dergisi, KURGU, Anadolu
Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi journals. He is a member of Researchers Association.
