Akgün Akova

Poet. He was born on July 5, 1962 in Akyazı/ Sakarya. He was graduated from Gebze High School (1979), Hacettepe University Chemical Engineering Department (1985). He received his post graduate degree from Istanbul University Business Economy Institute. He has published his poems in Milliyet Sanat Journal etc. since 1984. In 1997, he received Language Association Ömer Asım Aksoy Prize with his Yıkık Bir Çocuk Bahçesi Gibiydi Yüzü work.
