Writer (b. 1894, İstanbul – d. 1975). He was a graduate of Vefa High School and the Veterinarian Practical School (1910). He served at the Adana and Afyon fronts during the National Struggle. He worked for Konya, Ankara and İstanbul newspapers. He published the Ankara newspaper (1927). He worked as an advisor and manager at the General Directorate of Press and Broadcasting (1934-1935). He established the İskit Publishing House in 1944 and published the encyclopedias and magazines, Aylık Ansiklopedi (6 volumes, 1945-1950), Resimli Yeni Lugat ve Ansiklopedi (5 volumes, 1947-1954), Resimli Tarih Mecmuası (1950-1957) and Resimli Tarih Dergisi (1957-1960). In his humorous articles, he used the pen names Zaparta and Sinemaki.
