Novelist (b. 1869, İstanbul – d. 1904). He graduated from the School of Engineering (1891) and became an engineer officer. He worked at the Science Commission of Public Works. He died of a heart attack due to his alcohol addiction when he was promoted to senior captain. His novels that were published in the newspaper İkdam from 1894 were popular among people who didn’t have a wide knowledge of literature. It is accepted that he was a writer who wrote extremely pretentiously, trying to copy Namık Kemal in his novels.
