Poet and writer (b.? - d. 13
October 1925, İstanbul). She was the mother of Celal Sahir Erozan who was a
poet of the Scientific Wealth Period. She was educated with private tuition and
was one of the vanguards of the women’s movement that arose during the
Constitutional Monarchy Period. In the years of the Balkan War, she joined
charity organizations and served as a nurse's assistant in hospitals.
Although she wrote lots of poems in the style of Divan* Literature, they
were not published. Her plays were staged by private theatres during her
lifetime. Some of her poems were set to music and aroused interest.
