Poet (b. 20 October 1913, Erevan - d. 24 September 1977). He attended primary and secondary school in Ganja. He graduated from Baku State Institute of Pedagogies. He worked as a teacher in Samkir and Ganja cities. He taught lessons at high school in Ganja. He worked at Writers Union of Azerbaijan for a long time.

His first poem “Gözel Gafgas” (Pretty Caucasus) was published in 1928. his poems were published in reviews and newspapers like Kızıl Ganja, Dağıstan Fukarası, Genç Bolşevik, Hücûm, İnkılab ve Medeniyet. Poet worked as a director at some of these newspapers and reviews. He translated some works from Georgian, Tajik, Russian, and Armenian to Azerbaijan Turkish.
