“He has poems; I have read for several times. Even
though he has prose writings, researches, folkloric works, I knew him as a poet
and I liked him. He is natural. Pure language, sincere sayings are elements which
can be seen in his every poem. Both in free norm and syllabic meter poems,
sayings of a master poet’s can be seen clearly.
In any books of Ahmet
Ayaz, you will find a social rebellion against social disorder, ridicule in
many of his poems. His poems on love amaze the reader.”
