Story writer. He was in Ankara (1960). He completed primary school (1970), secondary school and high school (1977) in Ankara. He graduated from the Faculty of Business (1981) and started to work as an administrator at a public institution.

He published his stories, essays and critics in the Aylık Dergi journal since 1979. After 1986, his poems were published in Mavera and Yedi İklim journals. He published 9 volume Anthology of Turkish Poems (2005). The anthology contains six hundred and seventy four poets and it starts with Mehmed Memduh Pasha (born in 1839), and ends with Can Bahadır Yüce (born in 1981). One of the most important features of Anthology of Turkish Poems is its inclusion of less-known poets such as Süleyman Nesib, Hüseyin Şemsi Ergüneş, Nazmi Akıman, Etem Ütük, Feriha Aktan, İdris Ahmet Pura, Hasan Şimşek who were neglected.
