Poet
(b. 1 March 1920, Geyve / Sakarya – d. 1 Ekim 2012). He studied at Bursa
Tophane Trade High School after having attended Gevye Kâzımpaşa Primary School.
He graduated from Ankara Faculty of Technical Education, worked as a teacher at
Industry Profession and Technical High Schools in Edremit, Uşak and İstanbul
and retired in 1977. He is a member of The Professional Association of
Scientific and Literary Work Owners of Turkey.
His
first poem Bekledim (I Have Waited)
was published in the review Yeni Mecmua in
1940. His other poems were published in the reviews such as Varlık, Yedi Gün, Yeni Mecmua, İstanbul,
Kaynak, Orkun, Türk Sanatı, Yeni Defne, Çağrı, Türk Dili.
