Poet and writer (B. 1915, Kasımpaşa / Istanbul, D. August 2, 2002, Istanbul). He graduated from Kabataş High School (1934) and Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine (1940). He worked at public hospitals and then as a freelancer doctor.

During his high school years, he started to write poems, stories, plays and make interviews at Servet-i Fünûn journal. He published the journal named İnanç with Burhan Arpad for five issues and published his book named Şehir - 17 Sonat- Şiirler. He published a series of articles with his wife Sabire Dosdoğru in 1954 at Tan newspaper about the health conditions of workers at Zonguldak Ereğli Coals Business coalmines. He published his poems at Serveti Fünûn and İnanç; his reviews and research articles at Yürüyüş and Yığın from 1940 onwards. Then he published his articles at the journals of Yeni İnsan, Ocak, And, Çığ after 1960. He was arrested and sentenced for a while in 1946, with the accusation of acting against the Article 141 of Penal Code. He was among the administrators of Turkish Socialist Labour Rural party. His books Tedavide Son İlerlemeler (1947), Romatizma ve Çeşitli Artritler (1958) were published; and he also published a book with his wife in 1990 under the title of Sağlık Açısından Maden İşçilerimizin Dünü, Bugünü.
