Political scientist (b. 1 March 1949,
Kırşehir). His full name is Sabri Kurtuluş. He attended Nar Primary School
(Nar, Nevşehir, 1960) and graduated from Talas American Secondary and High
School (1968) and Ankara University, Faculty of Social Sciences (1972). He has
worked as an academician at the same university since 1978. He did his master’s
and became assistant professor and professor at the same university. He is
known for his articles and lectures about Kemal Tahir in addition to research
works on the history of politics and thought.
