Poet and play writer (b. 7 October
1936, Nakhchivan / Azerbaijan). He attended secondary school in Nakhchivan. He
graduated from Baku Department of Language and Literature of French. He worked
as a French Teacher at schools in Nakhchivan and as a head-master at Nakhchivan
Dram Theater with Music. He was elected as a deputy from Nakhchivan one more
times. He represented Azerbaijan in a lot of country. He began to write in
1957.
